Thank you for taking the time to write a review and the five stars! We have many positive things happening at Availity, including this period of rapid growth. Our benefits and medical plans have vastly improved over the past three years. The benefits team has been phenomenal about taking in associate feedback and using it to strengthen these programs year over year. Process improvement is vital to our success during this time of growth. The good news is that we are constantly improving; the challenging part is that we have some growing pains, like periods of being reactive. These are normal, and our leadership is prepared to guide us through these challenges as we continue to grow. Again, thank you for your feedback. We will continue to listen to our associates—we have some of the best and brightest talents in the industry.

Pros

Loved working with the hard workers. We all bonded from working in the trenches together.

Cons

HR/Management - never listened to feedback from employees Leadership just pushes you until you are literally about to have a breakdown; everything is always on fire. Completely unorganized. Poor management in the the Technology arena with no help or changes in place until things literally start to blow up. Pay is not great for IT managers/engineers/IT. You can easily leave and make more money and get appreciated more

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are sorry to learn that you didn’t feel heard or supported by your manager or HR, as we do welcome feedback from our associates. Thankfully, we do not hear these types of comments very often. We encourage associates to discuss their work experience, frustrations, proposed improvements, and career development with their managers. So many great things have come from having open and inclusive dialog—we wish you could have experienced that. Our managers and leaders are committed to continuous improvement and are working to refine organizational processes to support the business as we grow. We are always looking to improve communication and operate more effectively as a team and an enterprise. Transparency from leadership is paramount to delivering on our operating objectives, which is why we routinely host all-company meetings where our Executive Leadership Team provides updates and very candidly shares what’s working and where we might need to make improvements. With so much growth, this is an exciting time at Availity. Our technology teams are on the frontlines in driving tremendous change and efficiency for our healthcare system. Our teams are utilizing some of the industry’s most cutting-edge technology tools and methods to solve real-world problems, and we reward and recognize them for their efforts. Our customers look to us as innovators in our space because we have some of the best tech talents in the industry, which wouldn’t happen if we weren’t a competitive employer. Again, we are sorry to learn about your unusual experience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so glad to hear that you're enjoying your time with us. Being remote does pose some challenges for meeting people, and we've discovered some creative options over the last couple of years. We suggest setting aside time to get to know your colleagues—maybe schedule a virtual lunch or happy hour. We also offer social events on an organizational level like Trivia or volunteer opportunities or joining one of our associate-led diversity and inclusion group meet-ups. Sometimes it might feel awkward to reach out, so feel free to enlist the help of your manager or another colleague to set up some electronic introductions. Many great people are here, and we are excited to have you on the Availity Team!
