      Commitment to improvement and high quality work

      Pros

      Having been a full-time employee for several years, I've seen a lot of change throughout the business, but definitely feel that it's come on leaps and bounds in the last year especially. There's a refreshed focus on improving ways of working, processes, consistencies, etc. as well as a huge investment in the people, which is at the core of the company values. The people really are what makes the business so good - the teams are driven, passionate, caring, supportive and very dedicated to their work. A clear drive for high quality and excellence, coming from the senior team. A wonderful place to work, truly.

      Cons

      There are some teething pains as old systems and processes are cleaned up, but the change is heading in the right direction. There's not always a huge amount of innovation, especially when it comes to the creative work, which is partly due to the types of accounts on the roster.
