Lots of people willing to put the work in to get the results. Comfortable environment which is facilitated with Senior management team being approachable. It’s a fast paced environment, and continuously growing which opens opportunities to progress.

Cons

The growth can sometimes be hard to keep up with.

Employees are hard working and many are welcoming to new team members.

Cons

Received assurances about teams having efficient and intuitive processes, comprehensive document tracking programs, and thorough on-boarding specific to the job at the interview stage. Not the case. There is no document tracking program in place that I'm aware of; at least not in my division. They are too large not to have one. Chaos rules. I would not have accepted the position knowing what I know now.
