Fishawack offers.. 1. A positive and enthusiastic outlook to work/life balance 2. Warm and friendly staff contributing to a home from home working environment 3. Inspiring and motivational management 4. An interesting and varied work load... it's never dull 5. Lots of treats around the office!

Cons

Managing growth comes with its challenges but Fishawack are continously streamlining processes to maintain internal staff satisfaction :)

Pros

Managed by a group of very intelligent and committed people, Fishawack continues to grow and flourish. A step above most other agencies they are forward thinking, open to ideas and provide an outstanding environment for flexible working schedule.

Cons

With success comes the challenge of managing growth. Not surprising, and continually discussed at the highest levels, is how to continually evolve and maintain a high level of internal staff satisfaction. We continue to strive to develop communication avenues to a staff that is across the world which includes a high percentage of home based colleagues. We can work better at launching our educational, motivating and "fun" events and programs to our colleagues.

Cons

Because the business is structured to be agile and dynamic, processes may not feel as transparent as a newcomer might desire, and account/brand alignments are not limited to geographic region. The company structure requires sometimes getting outside one's comfort zone, which can be a pro for as many as those who feel it to be a con.
