      Bickering between other people in other departments was sometimes an issue. Tension between the kitchen and the nurses felt mildly noticeable.

      I really love working here at AVAMERE Bend Transitional care. I have been here for 24 years love the team work, it like family, they all work together and always willing to help each other. Everyone has an open door policy no matter what going on in your work life or home life they are always willing to help. Schedule is awesome, always working around those what to go to school to better there education, help Workers work around their child care need. I also enjoy how we keep Our work place fun and always planning team building activities, food and dress up.

      Pros

      I love working here. The staff are very supportive of each other. Management is very supportive. I manage Environmental Services and Maintenance, and we are well supported by our Administrator, Nursing Staff, HR and Corporate support. My team is close knit and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Work load is challenging, but rewarding.
