Neighborhood is pretty; Some of the staff is great.

Cons

There is a "mean girl" type click in the management department. There is a lack of follow through from management. You do feel alone a lot of the time when you have an issue.

Benefits are ok and PTO hours accrual are minimal.

Cons

HR and staffing department lacks communication with employees. They won't respond back neither via email or phone. They communicate only when they need staff to cover shifts. Other than that, they don't seems to care when questions were asked.

We also want to note that our employees receive 4 weeks of PTO, accrued sick time, and 6 paid holidays each year, which we feel is a very competitive package.
