It is a paycheck. There are a few amazing souls, unfortunately they are all giving their notice.

Pseudo Culture - Fake Persona - It is not what you know, but who. Executive Leadership are either 1)clueless 2)don't care 3)are a part of who you know.

I had some great relationships while I was there

This is a tough one to write because I have cared a lot for some of the individuals at Avenue 5. There is a review I saw recently that has inspired me to open up about what happens with this executive leadership team. These guys are nice and they are very nice to the girls they like best. The trips to Arizona are a lot of fun, not good for a marriage or maintaining a positive family life. The behavior from the male leadership/ownership team is simply unacceptable and it needs to stop.
