You make Avetta both fun and exciting, thank you. We agree with your insights that unless individuals are excited to develop, grow, take accountability and work hard this is not the place for them. You are amazing and you are appreciated. Thank you.

Pros

Avetta is an absolutely, amazing place to work. It is a great team environment, where everyone has bought into the mentality that the best team wins. Each person has the opportunity to make a huge impact on the company. The people are genuine and everyone wants each other to succeed. Management will listen to your ideas, and the perks are unbelievable. To give you an idea, here are just a few of the perks of working at Avetta: -Gift cards at the Thanksgiving lunch -In-n-Out van brought to the office -Baseball games -President's Club (All inclusive trip to a 5-Star beach resort in Cabo San Lucas) -Holiday Masquerade Party at the Montage Resort -endless supply of black Avetta jackets/shirts -Ugly sweater party, white elephant gift exchange -Sales Leadership Summit in Vegas including Cirque du Soleil, hand rolled cigars, and zip lining through the desert -Golfing at Pelican Hill -The list can go on and on and on

Cons

Too many cookies and chips in the break room, more fruit please (it is a great sign for a company, when the only complaint are the cookies)

Perhaps Avetta is a great place to work because individuals like you bring success each day. Yes. You. So, before we go any further, thank you for all that you contribute, thank you for choosing Avetta, and thank you for your attitude. Avetta agrees, there are a great deal of perks that come along with all of our hard work! High-five, standing ovation and a loud cheer for your comment about better communication. In fact, we should all write down the gossip/folklore and share what we have heard! I bet it would make for some wild stories and great laughs. Seriously, we hear you and we agree with you. And we ask you one favor...Ask. Ask any executive. Inquire. Get to understand the changes and then be a part of the communication. There are no moves or changes (not a single one) that happens without all of the executives being informed or without extensive discussions, myriad alternative considerations, and intense analysis. It sounds simple, but communicating that out is an area of improvement. We get it. More fruit to come, you were reading our minds. :)

Pros

Some amazing people worked here. There was a point when mobility was possible.

Cons

Non-transparent and deceitful. Don't ever believe anything unless you see it in writing. Managers say they will change compensation packages but then nothing ever changes. They tell employees out on disability that their jobs are secure but then turn around and fire employees bc of said disabilities. Of course legally they cite the reason as "abscence causing unecessary strain on the company" which is odd because they fire people regularly saying that the company doesn't have enough work to go around. Contradictory statements like these make it hard to believe anyone is sincere. A company that actually cared about employees that have worked there for several years would make an effort like hiring a temp while employees recover. Instead, Avetta just makes a superficial paper trail to make it look like they tried. Typical for a company that only cares about the profit. They will take any chance they can to get rid of an employee and try to save money. This is not shocking given the way they treat clients like nothing more than a payday. The hiring and firing of people doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. Just don't get too sick to work and you might have better luck.
