      Pros

      Ive been with Avetta a little over 3 and a half months now, and it is A GREAT place to work if your work ethic matches Avetta's need for individuals wanting to help the company grow, and successfully expand in a quick and evolutionary fashion! We need to set a higher bar... it helps the overall drive and success of others! Amazing health benefits, no micro-management, upper management is very approachable, family friendly, and WILL genuinely listen to concerns and help find a way to remedy them. LOVE that they will stop by and visit with us and see how our day is going, and take the time to get to know us as individuals. Culture is very diverse, with very different and fun personalities and teams...wouldn't have it any other way!

      Cons

      Layoffs have been a bit disheartening...but I guess if you are proving your worth, you shouldn't have to worry.. (One would hope!) Fun smaller incentives weekly would be Nice!

      Good Direction/Getting There Slowly

      Pros

      I've been with the company nearly a year, and have really enjoyed my time here. The work is challenging and the best is expected from you. It took a while, but a team lead was promoted from within the CS team here which has reduced alot of dissonance that many employees had been feeling towards management. Free snacks are awesome, great people to work with, and CS here does potlucks at least once a month which gives everyone an opportunity to show off. Culture is developing, but still has a long way to go. Director of CS (Brett) is a huge benefit to the company and always feels approachable regardless of how busy he is, he's always ready to listen and help. New team management is great and finally has established clear standards and goals for the team whereas previously any goals were ambiguous.

      Cons

      Many employees had complained for a long time (5-6 months) that there was no in-office leadership here, and it was only recently that this was finally able to be resolved and someone was promoted once the old Director of Customer Support left the company and was replaced with a more friendly, progress-minded individual. When I was hired, we were told there was opportunity for career development, but when approaching management about possible opportunities, you can sometimes be brushed off with them telling you that those positions aren't available (at least for a long time). That can feel cheap and make someone feel lied to. Culture in the Orem office has not suffered as much as it seems it has in Irvine, most likely because we are a smaller office, but everyone here knows each other and talks to each other. We have our fun.

      One thing we can guarantee is change. Ironically, it is and will continue to be a constant at Avetta. Thank you for rolling with the changes and for acknowledging that the organization seeks the best out of everyone. We agree that career opportunities and career growth is becoming increasingly important. As you mentioned, we need to get performance reviews done first! Reviews, performance development, learning opportunities, job advancement are all available or evolving. And about applying for new positions within the company, please do it. Let as many individuals know about your interests and desire to grow because our best hires are those who are promoted from within. Here is to more change and to having you along for the Avetture!

      Pros

      It's a fast paced environment, with new challenges daily. Love the fact that there's not a lot of politics - everything is performance based. For anyone who is concerned about their long term prospects, I'd suggest you make yourself indispensable and add value daily. Keep it positive and work hard - you'll be just fine (with Avetta or anywhere else).

      Cons

      The company culture could be improved. More company events would be awesome (food trucks, Angels games, happy hours, etc). Can we get a foosball table somewhere?

We know that you are amazing at your job simply based on the way you choose to show up each day. In fact, your positive attitude and hard work is genuinely valued and appreciated. Let's have more fun together, we totally agree! Perhaps this is where we need more feedback... With all of the activities that the company sponsored in 2015- 2016 (you know, the week off in late December, the Angel's game, food trucks, fun Friday events, etc.), the consistent feedback is that Avetta's culture can still be improved. Is your foosball table the linchpin that will transform organization? In all seriousness, it might be! Avetta's executive team takes company Culture to heart. A suggestion box (of sorts) may be the most positive way to transform our organization. We are all in this together. We all rise together.
