Located next to airport, no benefits extended Good luck trying to rent cars when you have none. Phoenix Airport is greedy and constantly taking our cars leaving us to fend for ourselves. Software's are old and out of date. Company will write you up if you are not on track with sales, but won't supply you with cars to do so. Customers come from the airport and are so rude and entitled Management will always side in favor of the guest regardless of how out of line they are.

Easy job that doesnt require a lot of experience

Cons

Terrible rotating roster, terrible computer system that never works making it the hardest part of the job. System is bad yet management still insist on using it. Senior management are absolutely useless and spend more time driving busses, watering plants than being a senior manager. Bad pay
