Pros

A fresh energetic company, with clear development opportunities available. *Opportunity to work with global teams, including senior stakeholders *Ability to work on interesting projects that impact the business on a large scale *A place where the core values actually mean something *Strong nurturing culture *Fun and interesting work, creativity is encouraged

Cons

Sometimes processes could use a little more thought around the long term goals. Communication can fail from time to time leading to disconnects when it comes to important decision making.

Pros

Real responsibility for tasks from day one. A stimulating environment working with super smart people. A clear career trajectory with supportive management and coaching available. A company in which everyone truly lives and breathes its core values - from the CEO to entry level team members. A place where putting your hand up for projects you are interested in is encouraged and recognised.

Cons

Very fast paced, not for everyone. Base salary could be higher.
