Pros

They recruit excellent visionary folks and there is a fresh approach to providing legal services. The antithesis of the law firm environment, with spectacular subject area specialist legal talent.

Cons

Rely on a number of clunky online computer services that you are required to use as an attorney. Also, can face some difficulty interfacing with in-house legal departments where Axiom is viewed as a threat to cozy in-house positions.
