Pros

Easy job with limited demands outside normal hours.

Cons

Essentially a chop shop for those with legal certifications to do work that big companies outsource at a cheaper rate (document and contract review). There is no career development or growth. Place to sit, collect a paycheck, and then die.

Pros

Diversity of assignments, complexity of work

Cons

Lack of transparency in salaries, disparity in compensation based on geographic local and other ambiguous criteria. The talent management team is not deserving of trust. Management seems to not understand that the business model only works when their is shared value.
