      Seemed Like a Great Company Until it Wasn't

      Pros

      Seemed like a great company initially for the following reasons - competitive pay, great health insurance, good raises.

      Cons

      Since starting a little over a year ago, they have been quickly chipping away at my benefits thus decreasing my pay. Everything they promised initially has been retracted/modified in a way that costs me and benefits them.

      There are no good reasons to work here.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and is completely bias. No care or concern for employee development and comp. Management does not follow clean government practices and there is definitely a lot of shadiness in the background.
