Pros

I find it hard to believe these are the only pros we have. Remote friendly, which is a BIG benefit (from what I've heard, the company started to go fully remote after 2020). Flexible working hours.

Cons

Compensation is the worst (you can hardly compare title and salary with the market). No matter how good you are, raises always need executive approval (yes, no joke). People talk about upper management being disqualified all the time in the company. People always say they only stay for short-term. It is definitely not a company worth staying in or growing in. A small group of people hold a huge amount of power and tightly control low salaries.

No major issues, you dont really talk to them much as youre contracted out elsewhere. Insurance premiums 100% covered, reasonable pay

-The management lacks accountability and leadership qualities. -There's no structured training or support provided. -Employees are let go without justifiable reasons. -Managers engage in verbal mistreatment, creating a hostile work environment. - Do yourself a favor and work with Kelly Services.
