      Pros

      I gotta say I'm pretty darn happy here at Axle. For starters, the people are truly pleasant and you get to know a lot of interesting people. That's just on a personal level. Professionally, everyone, including people high up in the company, take time to speak to you and share their knowledge and give advice. The workload is challenging but always reasonable, and the salary/compensation is quite good. Health benefits are great as well. The company is growing as well so new folks are being hired all the time, and they truly contribute to increase team's effectiveness etc. It's an exciting time to be at Axle - great vibe.
