Remote working Fewer meetings Great and cost-effective health insurance Federal holidays, good work/life balance with stress becuase... Manager is not knowledgeable rather learns from Data scientists and Developers and then, present to buisness owners as if it is coming purely from the manager

hire to fire No proper direction from the manager instead asking developers to give her/him directions, lolz Manager keep you swapping between different tasks/projects Manager assigns same task to multiple developers in a team, so every developers is working on every piece of the project Favoritism Taunting and scolding by manager usually manager does not have answers to questions asked by team members contradictory statements communicated to data scientists from the manager and hr
