Pros

There’s none to be found here.

Cons

• Axos Bank is made unbearable by disorganized and unreasonable leaders. • Leadership fails to communicate properly and keeps making damaging and inefficient decisions that hurt employees the most. • Employees receive very little support from leadership. • Opportunities for learning and career growth are almost nonexistent.

We value all employee feedback, including this. We're continuing to invest heavily in leadership training, career development pathways, and internal communication tools, areas we know matter most to our employees. Axos remains committed to supporting our teams' growth, and we're confident in the direction we're headed.

Pros

Would be nice to have more consistency in how projects were managed and priorities determined. Professional and reliable coworkers, but fluid expectations can make it difficult to maintain momentum. Mixed experience, but worth noting the fair treatment from managers.

Cons

Revisions and changing priorities can create unnecessary pressure.
