Analysts here get more responsibility than in most entry-level banking jobs — working on real data, reports, and decisions rather than doing supporting work. Most colleagues are skilled and take their jobs seriously. The benefits include good healthcare coverage, 401k match, and RSU grants that vest over three years.

Cons

No WFH option, and sometimes there's a bit too much employee monitoring.
