Pros

*Discount on products. *Virtually no dress code.

Cons

*Tedious, repetitive, and totally mindless work. *Deplorable conditions to grow anything. *They haven't washed the floors in months (if not years) and product is typically dropped on the floor and put back in stock. Consumable products. *The managers don't communicate with each other unless they want to terminate you but they wont even do that properly. *Completely unprofessional management that lies on you and to you. *OSHA violations seem like the main policy as well as a multitude of health violations.

Pros

The ability to provide medicine to patients in need.

Cons

The new CEO here is a glorified shoe salesman from a department store who has no clue how to run a cannabis business and is trying to apply what he knew from selling clothing to a business and demographic he doesn't know. The culture is so toxic that no one takes responsibility for their actions and is amplified by unrealistic expectations. Talent will continue exiting as this business is lead in the wrong direction.

Pros

The coworkers?? Not sure if this even counts since I’m reviewing the company. Occasional pizza party to remind you of elementary school. 50% off all products.

Cons

Ayr in Florida used to be Liberty Health Sciences. It was so much better when it was. We went from caring about the patients to pushing sales. Liberty used to give us tshirts and merch every time we got gift with purchases boxes, and Ayr will have “severe consequences” if someone grabs a promo tshirt or even a sticker. They promised us tshirts a few months back and they never came. They gave us raises and cut hours so I, now, make less than what I used to before the raises. Communication between corporate and the retail stores is terrible. You can really tell the people who are in charge have no idea what’s actually happening in their stores.
