Pros

My coworkers were awesome. Annual raises and more time off with seniority were good.

Cons

The company closed our facility with less than 30 days notice. They shredded weed & budding plants and through them away. If things were not going well financially they should have winded down operation and not hastily closed the building. The company clearly didn’t care about the workers at this facility or the plants that we spend hundreds of hours taking care of. CEO doesn’t care about the workers at all. On a tour of our building Sandelman didn’t even respond to techs saying hi — he looked at them like slaves picking cotton.

Pros

None, none, none! The company is going under. They are closing dispensaries across the US to focus on Ohio to pay off their debt!

Cons

THE worst management! Lies about being able to move up internally. None of that! Worked like a mule for no carrot!! Needs to fire everyone and start over with people who actually care about the plant and employees, NOT MONEY!!!

Pros

Great team training with a good set of systems in place to improve efficiency. Great house brands and cultivation.

Cons

Leadership in this company is a hit or miss. Most of the directors and trainers are knowledgeable and truly care. Local leadership in the market are judgemental and unapproachable with no genuine direction or expectations provided. No guidance on needs and quick to judge and “correct” any initiative. Terrible communication from area management to store leaders. Quick to let you know when they are disappointed and offer no encouragement. Company has closed multiple stores nationwide in the last few months due to mismanagement of funds and investments.
