Good direct management, and helpful team members.

Cons

The pay is less than average for your field. IT groups for the most part do not like to work together, and play the blame game, which does not make sense if we are all trying to be successful as a company.

Pros

Focussed on being sucessful. Want to be better than the competition. Family-style company. Very flat organization. Super friendly colleagues. Have remained profitable through multiple industry crises.

Cons

A little too focussed on short term financial goals. Could do with a stronger long term vision. Under the same financial pressure everyone in the industry is in, which takes away some focus.

BCD is a place were everyone are equal it gives the opportunity to all and more over this is the place you can just not only work but can live your life. I want to spend complete age with BCD family.

Cons

Its never been any problem working here. You will love to be here.
