Good for fresh graduates and those that just want to do a job for the sake of getting some experience

Cons

You are just a cog in the machine - no real concern for employee value whatsoever. The people that stay are those that are chummy with the executives -- not the most talented ones. Big time nepotism... the top execs are all related to each other. Also, this is the first company where the top execs act like frat boys

Pros

Cool product, some really talented people, passionate CEO.

Cons

Career growth is either supported or stifled depending on your direct manager. Office politics are toxic, even when dealing with HR. It's not surprising that top performers inevitably leave to get better pay and better working conditions elsewhere.

Thanks for your feedback and opinions. You’re absolutely correct, we have cool product, some really talented people, a passionate CEO and we need a little updating to the physical space at HQ to make it more current. We’ve got some resources allocated in the budget this year for that so there will be changes made there. Also good point on the managers and to not get confused with the difference between management and leadership because they aren’t the same thing while they may share similar characteristics. Not a bad place for amateurs and starters

Cons

Full of discrimination. Un-educated executive and directors. Low pays. No respect for talents. The most non responsive HR department. Cheap, and don't invest in innovation.
