Pros

Some Account Managers there are awesome, others are the absolute worst Paid Training Equipment provided during Covid Cool client portfolio

Cons

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will try to summarize how bad this place is below, in hopes it will save other people from working here. • First off, the amount of work needing to be done at the pace these people want it would warrant a lot higher of a pay than what you will get. The amount you get is laughable compared to other similar positions at other companies. • Upper management/ management in general do not care about you as an employee they only care about themselves and whether or not you make them look good. • Extreme Micromanagement: If you want someone to bother you every second of every day and see if you are online when they aren't even online then this is the place for you. They use Microsoft teams to keep an eye on if you are online or not and management will bother you if you are gone for more than 5-10 mins. When they, themselves are gone for hours at a time with no penalty's. • Poor communication across every department especially with HR and Management, they will say your communication is bad while not replying or seeing your emails for days or hours at a time. • People will think you know what they want as if you can read their minds, and if you don't do the task they need the way they want it they WILL complain to your supervisor. • Work/ Life balance is poor due to unreasonable expectations • Constant layoffs, and poor organization overall, all support roles are also being outsourced to the Philippines. I could go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to get people to look elsewhere for work, and save them the headache I have had to endure with this company.

Pros

Great people who don’t realize how poorly managed this company is.

Cons

If you screw up once out of 50 things you’re doing, you’ll get yelled at by about 7 different people. Also they will try to make you fail.

Pros

Challenging environment. Constant work so never a lull.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities, if any, when not located at Corp despite so many locations across the globe. Will work you 80+ hours if you keep succeeding, expecting you to keep going and ignore you when asking for help.

It is true work-life balance can be challenging, but entirely achievable, at BDA. When you are good at what you do, members want to get in on that action by getting your help. However, you have the right and responsibility to only say yes to projects that fit within your own work life balance. But being true to yourself and staying within your “target work rate” (think target heart rate at the gym) makes you better! Too much and you will damage yourself, too little and you will not achieve results.
