No support from upper management, very low pay, overworked. The people actually running the orders are NOT treated fairly.

- Fun parties - High caliber clients - Opportunity to grow if you are a "favorite" or tow the company line without question

Cons

- Unrealistic budgets and compensation structure - Toxic culture - Emphasis on party atmosphere and hype, with lack of substance or direction to back it up

Decent benefits, plenty of company parties and events

Cons

Salary is considerably low compared to similar companies. Toxic workplace can and will hold you accountable for the smallest mistakes. Upper management does not encourage teamwork but instead will set you up for failure if you don't meet their quota. The whole company is run around the sales team with little respect for any of the support. You can leave the company after a year to considerably raise your pay for much less stress.
