6yYes, expectations are high, no question there. We are a driven group making things happen, and your role was critical to our success with data entry and strong customer service! All that being said, we don’t want our team members to be so stressed out that they don’t want to be here. Thank you for the comments and we will continue to find ways to support our amazing employees to constantly be pushing for that important work/life balance.

7yThank you for your three years of service at BDA.
BDA remains a fun work environment for many people but it’s also changed a lot in the past few years as the company has grown organically and through acquisitions, both of which were deliberate strategies and not impulsive in the slightest.
This fast growth environment comes with a realization that not everybody will be comfortable with change and that’s ok. Additionally, just like every business or team for that matter, we make decisions to remain competitive for the long-term.
