      Some of my coworkers have become family

      Expect too much time given Expect you to work over 40 hours with no compensation Account managers don't support your needs or time Respect is not given unless you are married to the job They love to micromanage Communication is a big problem between teams, different offices, role to role Expectations are different for the same role depending on what office you are in. They (executives) Expect you to drink heavily at company functions (AMP) They say they are all about team and family and this was not the case that I saw throughout my career at the company.

      Work load is manageable and can be fun at times

      Cons

      They try their best to not put profit over people but it’s inevitable. You start to feel like a work horse rather than a person
