Business decisions are always more complex than they appear to be on the surface or from the perspective of one individual. We will continue to invest in the region, partner with our colleagues, and grow with our clients. We are sorry things didn’t work out for you as an individual at BDA but we wish you success in your future endeavors. Pros

Working on large projects for big brands is really interesting. Company events are fun and frequent. Young, energetic vibe. I've been here for less than two years and have had two managers, both have been approachable and focused on my success. I've climbed the Space Needle and spent the better part of a day at the downtown YMCA cleaning floors and gym equipment for charity. I've been to two holiday parties and countless company events. My observation is that leadership works really hard and invests in the culture. If you do your job and push yourself to grow there are a lot of opportunities here but you have to put in the work.

Cons

The company has outgrown a number of systems including training but that's a success problem so the glass is still half full. Sometimes I think the play hard part of work hard, play hard is a little over the top but that's a personal observation and I just don't participate. There are a lot of meetings, too many in my opinion and our technology for meeting facilitation is kinda crappy, also they rarely start on time which is annoying.

Thanks for your balanced feedback! Yes, we too recognize our systems and training need some improvement and we are doing a lot of work behind the scenes to identify and implement solutions. Your advice is well timed and will be added to the conversations happening now. If you would like to continue the conversation directly feel free to reach out to feedback@bdainc.com.

Pros

- Company outings is about the only thing!

Cons

- There is not much direction and if there is is minimal. - They seem to hire people they've worked with before - Bitter people and tons gossip!

Our company outings are definitely a Pro for working at BDA. That’s because of the people and the culture. Have you ever been to a super-fun company outing where the people and culture are bitter and toxic? I haven’t. Fun company outings are filled with people that actually like and respect each other and are professionals. That’s what BDA is like and that’s why it’s a team. Your advice to management isn’t actually advice is it? We actually do care, a lot, to the extent that when people post un-constructive feedback such as yours, we still acknowledge it because at one point you were on the team. If you would like to continue the conversation we are open to it. feedback@bdainc.com
