The title says it all. I left BDA because BDA screwed me out of my yearly bonus which was tens of thousands of dollars. I was told directly by Jay that I had to lower most of my margins for the year to maintain client relationships or else, I did not have a choice. I was told that they would make an exception for me when bonus time came around the following spring. I greatly exceeded my sales, and I did not receive a penny from BDA and they refused to make an exception. Warning, top salespeople. Do not come to this company if you are a high performer, because you will get screwed over. Sorry HR, I don't think you can counter my response. I speak the truth.

Bonus plans are outlined in writing, addendums that follow are documented and signed by both employee and manager, and any deviation to expectations must be in writing. Although you are longer with us, we hope going forward you reach out to your management to address this.

People are fantastic, Opportunities are great for hard working individuals, love beer Friday’s, company events are fun and there’s genuine interest in new ideas to improve.

Cons

As in most growing companies, there’s growing pain and the company has outgrown the current system.
