Pros

Caring team and great flexibility. Transparent leadership. Structured meetings and feedback. Clear goals. They try to do fun things so you don't feel like you are just part of a big company.

Cons

Everything moves very fast and is always changing.

Pros

Was a relatively small company that lived up to its core values when I started. I made life long connections and worked remotely. The job came to me when I really needed it and I was grateful for that.

Cons

Grew too fast and got too corporate like.... micromanagement was rampant...lack of trust, No acknowledgement for job well done-lots of dangled carrots. It's a big clique and felt very uncomfortable at the end. Could not trust my manager. I had no voice and was not valued. The company bows to societal pressures and social engineered issues instead of proudly displaying "core values". Irresponsible in hiring corporate team members and then had to lay off people. Lots of "cart before the horse" decision making. Poor planning all the way around.
