Pros

The support and resources are there and available to use. So you are working for yourself but not by yourself.

Cons

A company hiring a virtual assistant through Belay will pay 2x what the contracted VA will receive. for example, a company will pay belay 2k a month to have a VA and the VA will receive 1k. So make sure that you take advantage of all the resources the company provides because they value that cost at half.

Flexible, 100% remote, Kind leadership, supportive leadership, referral bonuses.

Cons

You will not have the opportunity to make more than $21 per hour. So if you're looking for a REAL salary, I don't think this is it, unless you live in the middle of nowhere and expenses are cheap.
