      Pros

      BELAY's leaders are humble, transparent, encouraging, and know how to utilize the right tools and words to keep their employees challenged to learn more and be better. They strive to create an environment that is fun, supportive, and again, a balance of pushing forward to grow and not be complacent with processes that don't work. It is encouraged to be the contrarian and it's not just a phrase thrown around. They really take opposing views into consideration and use it to make improvements and shine a light on ways to change.

      Cons

      Remote work is awesome, but you do occasionally miss the in-person interaction, it makes our meetings that much more exciting and effective.

      This is a legit work from home job.

      Cons

      They take 1/2 the money clients pay. There is a pay cap so no matter how well you do, once you meet that cap (which I met within 1 year) the only way to ever increase your pay is to take on more clients. They constantly try to upsell to clients which often makes clients feel put off. Your CSC who works above you as a liaison to the client, often tries to do what benefits the client and not the contractor. They say you set your own hours, but often I'm taking calls and working all the time even on nights and weekends depending on the needs of the client.

      Work from home, flexible schedule, and supportive staff

      Cons

      May not always be a great fit with the clients assigned, matching can take time. If needs on hours change you may or may not be able to get them.
