- Unprofessional work environment - No chance of any appraisal or growth - Unreal expectations set with clients irrespective of skills sets - They're not great at communicating with you. You need to reach out to them.

Our website clearly states that we offer contracted positions and this is reiterated throughout our interview process and onboarding process. 1099 Contracts are a great way to work from home and exercise the type of flexibility that so many of us value in our daily lives, however, we know that a 1099 contract is not always the best fit for everyone, and that is why we discuss it throughout our interview process. We have proudly been in business for over 10 years and continue to grow. We wish you the very best in finding a position that is the best fit for you.

Pros

Convenient because the work is remote, very suitable for someone short term.

Cons

Extremely low pay for market rates for a VA. No benefits... and I don't mean healthcare/etc... I'm talking about actual benefits of working this job. You may learn some new research skills but that's it. Management sucks, not guidance and support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

BELAY is not always the right fit for everyone, and we know that. Contractors are eligible for increases in their pay rates.
