* Culture - unmatched. * Collaborative - I genuinely love the people I work with. They help ground me and we practice assuming good intent. * Regular feedback - our coaching for performance on a quarterly basis goes far * Flexibility - BELAY understands that life happens and we all work differently. Although we have "business hour availability," we also have the ability to do things like pick up our groceries, work from anywhere, and if you have kids - pick them up from school.

Cons

It can be easy to get siloed because that happens with remote work - you have to be diligent to make sure to maintain regular connections with others. We do see each other once a quarter as a team and once a quarter as a company, and you have to be really intentional with maintaining a relationship outside of just asking work questions.

Cons

I truly feel BELAY is a great place to work. I've never been involved with a group of more caring individuals- care for each other, care for our business, care for our clients and for our contractors.

Remote work, amazing culture, paid maternity leave, company provided MacBook, paid volunteer time off, tons of learning and development opportunities, quarterly performance reviews, phenomenal core values, cross-team collaboration celebrated, remote work allowance, stipend for cell phone and internet, flexible work environment, and the list goes on
