Pros

BELAY nurtures a tremendously supportive environment. The "we are in this together" vibe is real and encouraged by every level of team member. Weekly staff meetings and one-on-one meetings with my direct manager are productive, efficient, and truly enjoyable. Also, my work from day-to-day is never the same, but there are hardly ever any surprises. Each day is determined by the tasks at hand and I get to decide how to proceed with them. Lastly, my time with family is never sacrificed. BELAY allows me to live a very balanced life!

Cons

Working remotely has obvious challenges like not seeing coworkers face-to-face every day, but BELAY ensures there is a good rhythm of scheduled Zoom meetings and in-person meetings with team members to counter that lack of connection.

Pros

I have been with BELAY almost a year, and it has been only positive. The CSCs are intermediaries between client and contractor, and they really make this organization sing. I never feel like I am under the whip to perform, but the CSCs have proven to be my advocate in challenging situations. Payroll department is also top notch helpful as I process for clients. Plus, I can work from home!

Cons

The pay is a little lower than I could get with my own contracted clients, but the added support and services BELAY offers helps balance that out.
