      Pros

      I get to do what I love which is to help busy CEO’s run their business! Did I mention I get to do this from the comfort of my own home!? The clients are fabulous, the Belay Team is fabulous, I truly couldn’t be happier with this company!

      Cons

      There’s no real challenges. Just adjusting to managing your own routine...which really is not a con!

      Pros

      This is one of the best companies I have worked for. The culture is outstanding, supportive, and all around amazing. The leadership team (from senior leadership down) is great. They are very open, honest, and transparent about the changes going on within the company. My direct leader is one of the best bosses I have every had. And bonus, I get to work from the comfort of my own home. No commute and dealing with crazy traffic.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that the work can be a little overwhelming at time, but again the support you get from leadership and coworkers is nothing but superior. They are also continuing to hire new people to accommodate the growth.
