      Amazing Culture

      Pros

      The culture is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's a very close knit, supportive team. There is a "no gossip" policy which is taken very seriously. More companies should adopt this.

      Cons

      The pay is very low.

      Great job at matching VA with client, supportive team always checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly, very organized systems.

      Cons

      Pay too low! No raises, no incentives.

      Thank you for your feedback. We're so glad you feel well supported by the team! We keep a close eye on pay scales for all of our contractors and adjust accordingly with great consideration. BELAY is not always the right fit for everyone, and we know that. Contractors are eligible for increases in their pay rates. We also offer referral bonuses when you recommend someone as a contractor and they turn out to be a great fit. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

      Pros

      This company knows it's stuff when it comes to placing you with a client that is the ying to your yang! They stay in there with you for the kickoff and don't step back until you and the client are both happy and healthy in your new work-ship. They bring an HR element that is unlike any other I have ever worked with! I love them!

      Cons

      Focus and discipline are key, you have to be able to manage your own time first to be able to effectively serve someone else. (This is only a con if you struggle with this!)
