I've had an overall positive experience working here as a Software Engineer III. The company provides excellent benefits such as time off and performance bonuses. One thing that stands out is maintaining a healthy work-life balance and supporting employee well-being. There are also many opportunities for professional growth and career development. Leadership generally encourages learning and collaboration, and the work environment is supportive.

Cons

There are not many major downsides from my experience. Like any large organization, there will always be hiccups down the road. However, BHG strives to fix them and get better.
