- You have autonomy in your own role, nobody is going to micromanage you - There is a lot of space to bring your own ideas, everyone will listen - Passionate team, everyone LOVES music and that makes an absolute difference - Talented and intelligent people, tech and non-tech

Cons

Not really a Con, but you need to know how to work independently and take care of your work.
