The perfect place for musicians

Pros

Young and nice environment. Lots of musical instrument to play with . Some talented people work in there and you can learn from them.

Cons

The average age is too low, and sometimes feels like there's always new people coming in. Depending on the job position, the company focus is not very wide and the experience gained there is useless outside BMAT.

Some teams aren't big enough. This may lead to have nice to do developments into the backlog more than desired.

Pros

BMAT is an amazing team of very enthusiastic people. Working here is extremely exciting. You get plenty of freedom and are constantly challenged. Internal entrepreneurship is very much encouraged and valued. Very up-to-date technologically. Tech positions are exciting and include a lot of keeping up with the latest trends. You can really feel the impact that your work has in bettering the music industry. Work-life balance couldn't be better—there's a ton of flexibility. Dream job overall!

Cons

Your skills will be pushed and with it comes some stress, especially in mid management positions.
