      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Top-down great culture within the organization. Team oriented feeling, great benefits, great events and the company takes care of its people. Would definitely work there again.

      Cons

      Large, publicly held company which means RIFs are a reality that can't be avoided.

In regards to your comments on telecommuting, BMC makes it a point to ensure that our employees can work from everywhere with the best technology and software at their fingertips. Over 40% of our work force works from home as a result, so we are disappointed to hear that this was not your experience.

      The technology platform and people are great.

      The owners simply seem to view the company from a short to mid-term investment standpoint. Vision is lacking.
