-The bank is conservative in many ways, but most notably in its WFH policy (or lack thereof). -Pay is well below industry standard, and there are no perks/benefits to make up for this pay differential -There are not many learning or development opportunities for younger employees -Growth opportunities are very limited. You essentially have to wait until someone retires to be promoted, as new positions (especially if you work in a group that is considered a cost center) are rarely created. -BOK has very little brand recognition outside of Oklahoma

Like most enterprise companies, many incompetent mid-level managers have tenure, and they aren't going anywhere. They were slow to make changes and decisions. They preach innovation but don't practice it in all departments. If you don't stay in your lane, you'll quickly find yourself out of a job. They like to fire people on a whim.
