Quiet work area. Had access to the right tools to do the job.

Cons

The males in leadership positions within the Consumer division are sexist and elitist. It's like working around immature fraternity boys.

Pros

When I was hired I was embraced with open arms. I'm blessed to work for a phenomenal leader who walks the walk and talks the talk. My boss is open to my ideas, even if she doesn't always implement them. They truly care about the communities they serve. Employee engagement is a big priority. A lot of promotions happen within and they encourage internal mobility. People are genuine and do care and want to help one another achieve their goals and dreams.

Cons

Teams are run very lean. It takes an act of congress to add an FTE. The bank does not have name recognition in all markets it serves which makes it harder to attract talent.
