-Many people you meet, specifically the company's upper management, will disappoint you. Charisma is often a substitute for substance. -Poor vertical communication. Most communication takes the form of gossip. -Formal training is haphazard or non-existant. -Bullying and harassment happens. Senior management turns a blind eye, or has taken an active role. -Unprofessional working environment, and especially unsafe for young women. -Company lacks an HR department. -Starting salary is low, and raises are given based on political connections rather than performance. -Company makes financially, socially, and ethically irresponsible decisions. -Public image of company is in stark disaccord with the reality of working for the company.

Their servers are generally treated like garbage. The runners and dishwashers are treated even more poorly. Management has a tendency to be rude and have a superiority complex. They don't train well, yet expect a certain level of perfection and skill. There's always drama, Besh puts the fear of God into his employees, and there's a high school feeling of cliques when it comes to promotions and advancement. Overall, it was worth it, but it was definitely a great deal of bs to put up with.
