Pros

There is value and pride in working for a purpose-driven company. Many subject matter experts are incredibly passionate. Misery loves company, and you'll make plenty of friends who can't fathom how things are operated.

Cons

Work-life balance has collapsed to non-existent. I tried to tell my boss that I had far too much on my plate after a colleague left the company. I was told "make the time," so I worked overtime without pay that weekend. In the meeting, this work was ignored and went unused. This is regular, because managers are constantly passing the buck without caring for how overwhelmed their employees get. No career progression or growth. Insanely high turnover rate. It feels like a revolving door. Workers are overwhelmed by the workload, while managers spend their days in meetings to talk about the work they'll make others do. Out of touch leadership. Terrible management from the top. A recent survey of employees showed all groups ranked every aspect of the company poorly. Leadership, however, ranked every aspect highly, ranked themselves exceptionally high, but ranked 'Company Confidence' low. They take no responsibility. The push back into the office was made by those who consider themselves exceptions, and will be in and out of the office as they please. It also has not considered any accommodations for employees. Instead, employees must sit masked in an open office floor plan while the bosses get the comfort and privacy of their offices with closed doors. One of the leaders in the office patrols the halls, asking employees what they are working on, and begins interrogations if somebody is not at their desk. Note he is not directly related or involved in any of these tasks or projects. People are afraid to take time off, whether for medical purposes or just a coffee break, out of fear for his judgment. He has moved around various positions as BSI, sometimes having positions created for him, and most I've talked to have no idea what purpose he actually serves.

Terrible HR Managers and Sr. Management

Pros

Friday bagels, Holiday party, and Co-Workers

Cons

HR will go behind your back and tattle tell if you go to them with an issue. HR Americas does not go the extra mile for their employees. HR Management is only there to advance themselves. It is too hard to move up, no career growth at all. You have ask your manager's permission before even applying for a new job. Managers lack integrity and do not promote inclusivity or diversity. Premiums are high and based off of your pay, fix please. Nothing was fixed from surveys sent out.
