Pros

Everyone on the BTS team is all about looking out for you equally as much as the customer. Alex Quintero and the rest of the recruiters speak to you from an informed background, because they’re current or former employees in the IC. That knowledge helps them put you in the best position possible to not only be successful for yourself, but to also provide the best possible support to the customer and war fighters. I’m definitely impressed and glad to be a part of the team.

None that I can see at this point.

I have been working at BTS Software Solutions full-time for less than 3 months now

Pros

I've been with BTS for less than 3 months. I work remotely and visits the office in Columbia once a week; It is welcoming environment and open hotel style office. BTS has the best healthy work life balance. The leadership team is amazing people and always supportive and going the extra miles to help and support. BTS's benefits are top of the line. I look forward to growing my career to the next level.

Cons

Sometimes you wear multiple hats as small company, but it is all good and I am happy to do it

Pros

The hiring process for BTS has been incredibly efficient and effective. Alex, the Intelligence Support Team Lead, has provided incredible support throughout. Answering questions and responding at all hours of the night, Alex put a great foot forward and represented the BTS excellently. Alex has been in constant communication and answered any and all questions promptly.

Nothing negative to note regarding this company
