Great Experience altogether so far - Recruitment process was easy and to the point. Recruiter kept in contact throughout the months leading up to my departure - During the training week in Virginia, the David (CEO) personally drove down to meet with myself and another BTS employee IOT welcome us to the company and answer any questions that we had. (The food was amazing as well so that’s a plus) - The professionalism of everyone that I’ve dealt with in the company thus far has been extraordinary, and I’ve had to deal with quite a few of them for personal reasons - Had an emergency issue where I needed a pay advance and it was handled within 24 hours - The benefits are great for me and my family

I've been with BTS for slightly less than 1 year. I work out of the office in Columbia; it is a modern and welcoming environment. With BTS I'm able to have a healthy work life balance.
