1. Very intelligent company that is growing in a strategic and practical way. 2. Very strong contracts, offers many opportunities. 3. Strong PM's that make sure employees are valued and have what they need to do their job. 4. Fun and energizing company environment. 5. Thoughtful leadership that actually wants you to grow and pursue your dreams.

Pros

Great company. Managed well from the top down. Common sense policies and flexibility when life throws a wrench. I thought I knew what a good company was before BTS. Apparently, I had no idea. BTS embodies everything you could desire in an employer. Looking forward to being here for a while.

Cons

Only con would be not getting to spend MORE time with the company/employees due to being in a sub/prime situation. That's the name of the game sometimes in this business though. BTS still goes out of their way to make sure they have face time with you. Far more than can be said for most other companies.
