Pros

I have been working at BTS for over a year now and have seen leadership maintain their culture in taking care of their employees and always being their for them. My whole experience with the company has been really positive. Starting with the recruiter/manager Alex all the way to meeting CEO/COO of the company. They all made coming on so smooth and comfortable. The thing that stood out the most is the "non-recruiter approach" and making it very comfortable day one!

Pros

The hiring process for BTS has been incredibly efficient and effective. Alex, the Intelligence Support Team Lead, has provided incredible support throughout. Answering questions and responding at all hours of the night, Alex put a great foot forward and represented the BTS excellently. Alex has been in constant communication and answered any and all questions promptly.

Nothing negative to note regarding this company

Pros

Approachable staff, informative staff, great recruiter /Deployment manager/ Team Lead (Alex)/, great HR team/Finamce (Kirsten & Susan), great management team - Dan(COO), & David(CEO). Alex is very transparent & direct which is good quality for a recruiter/HR!

Cons

There arent any cons that I've noticed nor have i heard of any thus far!
