The people here are great. Backflip has done an amazing job of assembling an extremely talented team full of some of the nicest and easiest to work with people I've been lucky enough to call coworkers. I honestly look forward to coming to work every day. Backflip does a good job taking care of it's employees and acknowledging their efforts. The compensation/benefits package is among the most competitive I've seen in my career and there are tons of wonderful, additional perks that come with the job. The work/life balance here is pretty positive and flexible so long as you're meeting expectations and deadlines on your project. Leadership is very approachable and always willing to communicate with the employees. There also seems to be a willingness to listen to the employees and try to improve upon shortcomings.

We have a studio full of super talented, really passionate, creative people here that love making games. And it makes working here a great experience. Overarching change is slow for most companies, but there is a clear drive that has developed here recently to improve the company by sharing our collective knowledge and experience to establish solid processes and best practices. All in the name of making better and better games.
